About the role
- This role sits at the centre of the country organisation, working across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and global CFO functions to shape commercial performance, governance, and long‑term planning.

Requirements
- You will have a relevant undergraduate degree, along with a postgraduate qualification (such as an MBA) and/or a recognised professional finance qualification.
- Fluency in English and the local country language is required.
- You enjoy collaborating with global and local finance colleagues
- You are motivated by improving processes and strengthening governance
Skills
- International experience and additional language skills are an advantage.

Company info
- Partnering with country leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Preparing and presenting forecasts, including actuals versus forecast analysis
- Managing resource planning, including FTE utilisation across cost centres
- Supporting commercial teams with P&L ownership and profitability insights
- Translating epidemiology and commercial data into financial forecasts
- Coordinating with Accounting on revenue accuracy, accruals, and reporting
- Acting as a local finance liaison across Tax, Treasury, and CFO functions
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
