Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation, coordination and administration of board of directors and committee meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, minutes, resolutions, and related communications
- Maintain official corporate and fund records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, including organizational documents, board and committee materials, financial reports, and written consents
- Draft, review, and coordinate disclosure documents, organizational documents and related legal materials
- Support day‑to‑day legal matters related to SEI investment solutions and regulated subsidiaries, as needed
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance colleagues, business partners, and external service providers to ensure timely, accurate and effective delivery of legal services
- Independently manages routine and moderately complex matters in accordance with established procedures
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work product in a regulated environment

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in legal services, compliance, or business management
