Responsibilities
- The Manager, Fundraising & Special Events is a mission-driven, detail-obsessed, highly organized events professional who will support and help execute Project Healthy Minds' ambitious slate of fundraising and cultivation events.
- This person thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is excited by the challenge of helping a growing nonprofit build a world-class events program.
Requirements
- 5 -7+ years of experience in special events, production, nonprofit fundraising events, or related fields.
- Comfort working with vendors, production teams, and high-profile stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
- The ideal candidate is equal parts logistics pro, relationship builder, and brand ambassador.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM, project management, guest list platforms, or event management tools is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com, Zkipster).
Skills
- Assist with event design & vendor sourcing.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience across invitation, registration, arrival, program, and post-event follow-up.
- Assist with solicitation materials, sponsor fulfillment, and post-event stewardship touchpoints.
- Help prepare reporting, recaps, and metrics for internal and external audiences.
Compensation
- The annual salary for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000.
