Responsibilities
- Receives and tracks clinical documents from external hospitals to centralize process and minimize loss of documents
- communicates receipt of documents to appropriate clinical team(s) in preparation for the visit
- Manages OR utilization by maximizing OR time and releasing unused OR block time in a timely fashion
Requirements
- Educates referrer/family about next steps and what is required for initial visit to CHOP
- Obtains all clinical information required for initial visit
Skills
- Individual must be organized, dependable, and able to make independent judgments.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills are required as is proficiency with computer systems and programs.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Compassionate listening skills and ability to diffuse high stress situations and conflict resolution
- Requires experience with and high commitment to customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, accountability, critical analysis and problem-solving skills.

Compensation
- $28.05 - $35.05 Hourly
