- Northmarq is seeking an experienced Senior Loan Portfolio Analyst to join our Servicing team in our Denver, CO office.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small portfolio of commercial real estate loans and support senior team members with key tasks on more complex commercial real estate loans.
- Support Portfolio Managers and Senior Portfolio Managers with consent requests and various Lender requirements
- Process insurance loss requests, manage proceeds, and monitor the restoration of the property.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in finance, real estate, or accounting.
- 2-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, finance asset management, or commercial lending
- Knowledge of commercial real estate finance and commercial loan terminology
Compensation
- Follow up with borrowers to resolve any post-closing deferred maintenance items or other high-risk items identified during the annual inspection.
