About the role
- Have strong technical skills and be able to work safely alone or in a team environment.
- Ability to work rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, and holidays) Hold a valid Ontario drivers license.
- This position is available immediately and probation will start once the candidate starts to work.
Responsibilities
- They will work closely with and be able to perform the 2nd class shift engineer duties.
- Be able to perform W@H and Confined Space tasks.
- Maintain accurate operational records and contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Process the skills and confidence to successfully perform the duties of the shift engineer as required.
- Must be capable of performing basic maintenance tasks as required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Attendance, punctuality, appearance, and positive behaviour required to foster positive. relations with contractors, clients, staff, etc., that is in line with a leadership position.
Compensation
- $ 45.40-$46.90 CAD per hour.
