- This role is responsible for analyzing and reconciling joint venture operating expenses and various liability accounts, preparing monthly accruals and financial analyses, and supporting monthly and quarterly internal and external reporting.
Requirements
- Ability to understand key components of joint venture agreements and apply them to assigned tasks as needed.
- Self-directed, motivated, and results-driven approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills and experience with copilot.
- Experience improving processes/leveraging AI tools.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of their employment.
