About the role
- Thuma is looking for a Barista to j oin our team.
- This position will play a pivotal role in the seamless functioning and overall success of our flagship store and cafe in Soho.

Requirements
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
Nice to have
- Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
- Uphold Thuma's commitment to ethical business practices, sustainability and 6-star customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the cafe and retail team to ensure smooth cafe / retail operations.
- This job requires the ability to work in-person at the Thuma Cafe in Soho.
- Previous experience as a Barista in a cafe or similar setting is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
