About the role
- As the Product Marketing Manager at Andela, you will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy and execution for Andela's products, solutions, and learning programs.
- You will report to the Senior Director of Marketing, GTM Strategy, and be based in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities
- Own the narrative for each offering, ensuring messaging is consistent, commercially relevant, and adaptable across channels and regions.
- Ensure every offering is brought to market in a coordinated way, aligning regional marketing, growth, partner marketing, content, sales enablement, and revenue teams behind a unified plan.
- Build and maintain GTM playbooks and launch frameworks so teams across regions and channels can execute consistently.
- Collaborate with content, growth, brand, partner and regional marketing teams to bring positioning to life across formats and channels.
Requirements
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from win/loss data, campaign performance, and customer conversations.
- Some travel may be required for internal meetings, customer engagements, and events.
- Experience
- Experience developing sales enablement materials and working closely with revenue teams to improve pipeline and win rates.
- Experience working across time zones as part of a global team
- prior exposure to multi-regional GTM is a plus.
- Skills & Capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative and cross-functional.
- Highly organized and self-directed, comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.

- Translate complex technical and product capabilities into clear, buyer-centric language that resonates with economic buyers, champions, and end users.
- Monitor post-launch performance and bring data-driven insights back to inform future launches and messaging iterations.
- Serve as the connective tissue between product and go-to-market teams, ensuring launches are coordinated, timely, and commercially relevant.
- Work with Revenue Operations to surface and apply competitive intelligence for Andela's core offerings, including win/loss analysis, competitor benchmarking, and battle card maintenance.
- 5-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a product marketing role
- experience in a high-growth technology company.
- Demonstrated track record of running go-to-market strategy for products or solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles and the ability to craft messaging that resonates with economic buyers, champions, and end users.
