Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience
  • if working in NICU, at least one year experience in NICU care
  • Medium Work - Requires standing the majority of the shift with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently.
  • Position is enterprise wide, employees will be required to float between campuses.
  • Meets Career Ladder requirements of Level II Therapist
  • License/Certification/Registration Requirements
  • Current valid California Physical Therapy license
  • Current BLS (Basic Lifesaving Certification - American Heart Association) for Healthcare Provider
  • CCS-Paneled or in process if working in NICU/OP Pediatrics
  • Ages of Patients Served
  • This position can serve the following age groups: neonate/child (0-3), child (4-12), adolescent (13-17), adult (18-64), and older adult (65+).

Nice to have

  • Completion of Accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Master's or Doctorate degree preferred

Compensation

  • $62.76 - $83.41 USD Hour
