About the role
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
- This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
- All offers of employment are contingent on standard background checks.
Responsibilities
- Lead all technical aspects of solution delivery for enterprise-scale clients
- Lead from requirements phase onwards on projects.
- Manage all of the implementation aspects of large-scale projects
- Partner with the Engineering to design high--quality, high--performance solutions with an eye to solving a business need. - Plans / builds / configures solutions within the specified timelines.
- Drive efficiencies in execution processes. - Ensures adherence to established standards and may consult with senior managers on technology solutions.
- Own assigning of resources and delegating tasks to meet project deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
- Develop understanding and encouragement of team's engineering innovation and improvement (engineering practices, DevOps, etc.)
- Drive process automation initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve delivery efficiency across the team
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate / JPA
- 6+ years of experience in Relational Databases, RESTful and Web services as well as Linux.
- 6+ years of experience in cloud technologies, specifically Pivotal Cloud Foundry, and container architectures.
- Due to contractual obligations, you must be a U.S. Citizen to be considered for this role.
- You must have off-hours availability from time to time for supporting the production handover and client field testing.
