About the role
- You'll help clients check freight charges, resolve billing discrepancies, and understand their transportation costs.
- The service will focus on freight invoices.
- You'll also work with Product, Engineering, and commercial teams to improve the service and its economics.
Responsibilities
- You'll build the operating processes, onboard clients, oversee audits, and hire a team as demand grows.
- Manage carrier disputes and billing corrections. Keep supporting evidence, follow issues through resolution, and distinguish potential savings from confirmed client value.
- Hire, train, and develop the team as demand grows. Match staffing and workloads to client needs, quality standards, and cost to serve.
- Support Sales and Account Management with discovery, service scoping, implementation planning, and input on pricing and proposals.
