Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Beahvioral Mental Health Therapist to join our inaugural team in Apple Valley, Minnesota.

Communication: Builds trusting relationships with children and families, facilitates open dialogue around sensitive topics, and fosters collaboration across the care team to ensure every voice is heard and understood.
Collaborative: Work s seamlessly within an integrated primary care environment, consulting with pediatricians and other providers to create cohesive treatment plans that address the whole child-mind and body.
Practice in a thoughtfully designed clinic that fosters patient comfort, emotional safety, and a calming therapeutic environment ideal for children and families.

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program
Proven ability to assess and treat a range of pediatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral challenges, trauma, and adjustment concerns

Clinical Assessment & Care: Delivering expectational behavioral health care through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning tailored to each child's needs, while being responsive to family dynamics.
Collaboration: Working as part of an integrated primary care team to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care that integrates behavioral health for comprehensive patient wellbeing.
