  • The Recruiter will work proactively to grow our Locum Tenens service line by initiating contact with physicians and introducing them to a locum tenens career with Aya Healthcare.
  • They will provide the best possible experience for physicians through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport and providing extraordinary customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals
  • Build and maintain unique relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Staffing experience required

Compensation

  • Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $57,000 starting annually, plus commissions.
  • The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position.
  • Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
