About the role
- You will do different aspects of dispatching in trucking - without needing any trucking experience.
- You'll keep real freight moving for real customers: assigning loads, communicating with drivers, handling exceptions, and solving the problems of the day.
Responsibilities
- Use AI tools daily to research, troubleshoot, draft, analyze, and automate your own work
- Improve the playbook as you go - document what works, flag what doesn't, and ship a better process every week
- Partner with engineering and product to turn recurring manual work into automated workflows
Requirements
- You are AI-native - AI is your default way of researching, troubleshooting, and getting work done - and you have the critical thinking to notice when the playbook is wrong and the initiative to propose the fix.
- No trucking, logistics, or dispatch experience required
Nice to have
- Internship or early experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a fast-moving startup
- Comfort with data - spreadsheets, SQL, or light scripting
- Spanish language proficiency, a meaningful asset in our operating markets
