Are you looking for an opportunity to take your CPA designation to another level?

Baker Tilly Canada Capital ("BTCC") creates value for clients that seek a merger, acquisition, divestiture, or capital raise.
Support Directors and Partners in their relationship management, including with current and prospective clients;
Work alongside financial, legal and other transaction advisors to close deals and build long-term relationships;

Designated CPA with 1-3 years' experience;
Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with teammates;
Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and analysis;
Previous experience in Corporate Finance and/or investment banking considered a strong asset.
Interest to attain a finance designation (i.e., CBV or CFA)
Attention to detail and strong computer skills (e.g., Excel modeling, Pitchbook, Capital IQ or PowerPoint)
Comprehensive understanding of financial statements including the flow between the income statement and balance sheet, with exceptional analytical perception
Client service-oriented approach
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance to the deal.
Clear interest in transactions, corporate finance or corporate development

$80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
