About the role

We advise on all aspects of project development and finance across the energy, infrastructure, natural resources and transport sectors.
Our work includes advising on project and financing documentation, public‑private partnerships, multi‑source financings, risk allocation and regulatory matters.
We act for sponsors, lenders, governments, contractors and investors on greenfield and brownfield projects worldwide, including projects supporting the energy transition.

US tax equity financings of energy and energy transition projects
Construction to back-leverage financing; experience with other financing structures involving tax equity/tax credits, is a plus
