About the role
- The Product Concierge plays an important role in creating an exceptional dealership experience from the moment a guest arrives through the delivery of their new or pre-owned vehicle.
- As one of the first points of contact, you will welcome guests, provide helpful assistance, and connect them with the appropriate dealership team members.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and create an exceptional first impression of the dealership.
- Deliver a personalized vehicle orientation by demonstrating features, technology, safety systems, and connected services.
- Follow up after delivery to answer questions, reinforce product knowledge, and support guest satisfaction.
- Support the Sales team with vehicle demonstrations while maintaining accurate delivery documentation and records.
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building lasting relationships.

- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, automotive sales support, or a similar guest-focused environment is preferred
