About the role
- Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Data Analytics.
- Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $71,000 - $100,000.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and mine data to deliver financial insights, performance reporting, and recommendations that support business decision-making.
- Lead and support moderately to highly complex analytical projects and ad hoc initiatives, delivering insights and recommendations under management guidance.
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Build and support data models, reporting datasets, and data management solutions to meet business and operational requirements.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, document, and translate data and reporting requirements into actionable solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data for reporting, dashboarding, and ad hoc analysis.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of enterprise data assets, upstream data sources, and reporting environments.
Requirements
- Required skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working with relational databases and multiple data sources.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational database systems.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization best practices, including Tableau or Power BI.
Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this role is $71,000 - $100,000.
- Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions.
