About the role
- You'll be the person who takes a fragmented, underperforming outbound motion and turns it into a coherent, multi channel engine.
- We leverage multiple data sources and use cutting-edge models to make credit decisions faster and safer.
- We work with some of the largest global e-commerce platforms - including Amazon and Walmart - and strive to be the best alternative lender globally.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment and outreach, owning the technical backbone of our outbound motion from data pipelines to automation workflows.
- Track, analyze and report on outbound metrics, from reply rates to pipeline contribution, and drive continuous improvement through experimentation and iteration.
- eager to learn from teammates across functions and energized by talking to SDRs and AEs to understand their workflows and build systems that drive results
