About the role

This role reports to the Head of Clinical Solutions and is open to any candidates located in the continental US.
You will learn, grow and be challenged, and have fun with your team while doing it.

Partner closely with our leadership team to identify and implement interventions to address cross-disciplinary or practice performance improvement needs (e.g., updates to protocols, tech-enabled tools, trainings, policies, etc).
Take regular virtual call to support our 24/7 availability to patients

5+ years practicing as an attending physician
Experience leading collaborative, team-based care
A growth mindset with the ability to approach process change and ambiguous situations with enthusiasm, creativity, and accountability

The expected base salary range offered for this role is $250,000-$280,000.
This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus and equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo's mission.
Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
