Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Experience leading and/or contributing to cross-functional teams
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related discipline from an accredited institution
- Previous hardgoods engineering or rotary converting experience
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Advanced knowledge and understanding in tape and/or adhesive manufacturing or research and development
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product verification/claim substantiation test plans
- Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in design of experiments and other statistical methods
- Strong communication, organizational, project management and problem-solving skill

Compensation
- Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $124,127 - $151,710, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
