About the role

Supervise and coordinate crews performing conveyor belt installation, splicing, rubber lining, and repair services.
Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance to crew members.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Support the Superintendent in implementing schedules, managing resources, and meeting project deadlines.
This position may supervise field maintenance staff with the direction and support of the Industrial Program Superintendent.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory and/or lead hand experience in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industrial environments required.
Ability to pass drug, driving, and background screening.

Brice Equipment has a fast-paced multi-tasking office environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance.

Five (5) plus years of industrial maintenance experience, with a focus on conveyor belt systems, rubber repair, or process maintenance required.
Relevant trade certification or equivalent industry experience preferred.

Ability to have an analytical approach to diagnosing issues and providing recommended solutions.
Ability to understand client challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies, customer needs, and market demands.
Skilled in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business development opportunities.
Strong technical knowledge of conveyor systems, belt splicing, rubber repair, and associated maintenance practices.
Commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.
Self-motivation and ability to be independent and proactive in pursuing goals in a remove environment with limited oversight.
