About the role

  • This role is responsible for processing customer requests, maintaining policy records, and ensuring accurate and timely claim handling, with limited phone interaction.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently while contributing to overall team success.
  • Process customer requests by updating insurance policies and customer profiles accurately and efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Support departmental goals, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Generate and maintain productivity and process measurement data
  • Identify, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and customer service in all interactions

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently while meeting productivity and quality expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather data, identify issues, and draw valid conclusions

Nice to have

  • Preneed insurance experience preferred, but not required

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry, system navigation, and administrative skills
  • Positive team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills

Compensation

  • Range $42,000 to $55,000
