Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy to improve our data strategy
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address data quality issues.
- Implement continuous improvement processes for analytics methodologies, ensuring adaptability to evolving needs.
- Create the measurement plan for data management, including database readiness metrics and metrics that capture the impact of database readiness on downstream marketing processes.
- Manage a comprehensive reporting framework to provide accurate insights to partners.
- Develop compelling narratives around analytical findings, presenting insights in a way that resonates with diverse partners.
- Develop predictive models to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Create and apply segmentation strategies to understand customer behavior, preferences, and market dynamics.
- Work with senior management to understand our goals and develop data and analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Create a roadmap for data and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting and enablement with 2+ years of experience in leadership
- Experience with data modeling and database design
Compensation
- Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.

- For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $96,400 - $144,960 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary.
