About the role
- Uses emerging technologies to guide global tax department through process improvement and automation in the areas of financial reporting, tax compliance, software solutions, and forecasting / modeling. Manages the department's use of new processes and technologies by training users worldwide and then overseeing and supporting the workstreams.

Requirements
- Employment is contingent upon completion of a required identity verification process, which may include biometric technology, where permitted by applicable law and subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
Nice to have
- Effectively communicates and promotes teamwork within the tax department.
- 10% Data processing for Federal & State Compliance & Quarterly Reporting for preparation & analysis.
- Minimum of 2 years overall tax experience involving systems, process improvement, and/or tax technology
- SEC/GAAP Financial statement tax provision preparation/review experience
- Corporate Federal and State Compliance Experience
- Experience with generative AI, robotic process automation (RPA) and Microsoft Power Platform
- Advanced excel knowledge
- Insurance/Financial services industry taxation experience
Compensation
- $74,600.00 - $124,700.00
- Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
