About the role

  • Axos Bank Target Range: $25.00/Hr. - $31.50/Hr.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales Officers, Operations, and Compliance to ensure a smooth transition and adherence to customer experience standards
  • Lead Salesforce and ZoomInfo integration efforts to enhance lead generation and data accuracy
  • Develop and distribute standardized monthly performance and forecast reports to leadership
  • Analyze sales trends and business performance to identify actionable insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to forecast performance and evaluate progress toward strategic objectives
  • Support the development and maintenance of performance management frameworks, sales scorecards, and incentive models
  • Serve as a Salesforce power user and administrator, managing workflows, reports, dashboards, and user support
  • Lead other strategic or cross-functional projects assigned by the SVP, Commercial Deposit Sales & Strategy
  • Relationship Associate supports sales enablement, performance management, forecasting, and business optimization initiatives across commercial deposit teams.
  • This role is well suited for an analytical, data-driven professional seeking to build a strong foundation in sales operations and administration while developing toward a future client-facing relationship management career path.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an analyst or sales support role, preferably in a performance-driven environment
  • Salesforce administrator experience required
  • Strong experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Excel Copilot, Tableau AI, Power BI, ChatGPT)
  • ability to work independently and make strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, AI tools; experience with ZoomInfo a plus
  • Salesforce administrator experience required; ability to manage users, reports, dashboards, workflows, and basic automation
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear ambition to move into a front-line sales or business development role over time
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and make strategic recommendations
  • Persuasive communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams

Compensation
