About the role

- In addition to traditional clinical studies, the role may contribute to real-world evidence, registry, health economics, outcomes research, and claims-based research initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute clinical studies, registries, real-world evidence, outcomes research, and claims-based research initiatives.
- Lead assigned study and evidence-generation workstreams with accountability for timelines, deliverables, study quality, and execution.
- Support investigator and KOL collaborations through study planning discussions, advisory activities, and investigator-initiated research programs.
- Knowledge of clinical research methodology, study design, and evidence-generation principles.
- Ability to apply scientific understanding of biomaterials, tissue remodeling, and regenerative mechanisms to clinical evidence generation, study design, data interpretation, and scientific communications.
- Effective project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong scientific writing skills with the ability to support publications, abstracts, study reports, and scientific presentations.
- Ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, external investigators, and research partners.

- Ability to synthesize complex clinical and scientific information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ability to conduct literature reviews, evidence gap assessments, scientific landscape analyses, and evidence synthesis activities.

Compensation
- $82,000.00 - $113,000.00 USD Salary
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
- Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
