Responsibilities
- Railserve is hiring dependable, safety-focused Rail Switching Technicians in Longview to support daily rail operations at an industrial facility.
- In this role, you will operate locomotives, assist with switching operations, and support the safe movement and placement of railcars.
- Perform routine lubrication and basic maintenance tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
Requirements
- Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.

Compensation
- $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

- Schedule: The schedule varies.
- We have both day and night crews, with start times at 7am, 8am, or 9am for days, and 5pm, 7pm, 8pm, or 10pm for nights.
- Shifts are either 8 or 12 hours depending on the crew, and you'll rotate between day and night shifts every few months.
