About the role
- As a Regional Vice President for Homes.com, you will a lead a dynamic field sales team that operates as a strategic digital marketing partner to the residential real estate industry.
- You will manage a national team of Field Sales Representatives and Regional Field Directors.
- The Field Sales Representatives will be responsible for developing real estate broker relationships, selling the homes.com value proposition to residential sales agents, and driving revenue by generating sales.

- Attract, hire, develop, and motivate high impact sales professionals capable of meeting/exceeding performance metrics

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, in-person college or university
- Minimum of 7+ years of people management experience directly leading and managing field based sales professionals
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the real estate industry
- Experience managing leaders of a field sales team selling SaaS product(s)
- Demonstrated ability to retain proven sales producers and manager non-producers
- Ability to travel when necessary
- Candidates must possess a current and valid driver's license.
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
- Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws
Compensation
- $140,000.00-$150,000.00 Annually
- Grow team activities and revenues, meet, and exceed annual sales growth targets
