About the role

  • You will also work across the creative leadership team to ensure all creative work across the organization is aligned and reinforcing.

Responsibilities

  • Build the demand gen creative function end to end, including team structure, operating model, and clear partnership standards with Global Campaigns and Field Marketing
  • Lead a team of two designers and one copywriter, developing them as individuals and building a cohesive team that ships integrated campaigns
  • Own creative strategy for three major demand gen campaigns, translating Global Campaigns' campaign strategy into integrated creative strategy and execution
  • Develop integrated campaign creative where every asset reinforces one idea and drives toward conversion
  • Partner with Global Campaigns to establish clear roles, briefing standards, and a working rhythm so creative informs campaign planning from the start
  • Collaborate with the Creative Directors for Brand & Experiences and Digital, and the Director of Brand Strategy, to ensure creative work across the organization is aligned and coherent
  • Manage timelines and production to ensure the team ships high-volume work on time without sacrificing quality
  • A track record of building or scaling a creative function from the ground up: hiring, developing, and retaining strong designers and copywriters, and establishing process, standards, and partnership models with new teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a creative team while staying hands-on: comfortable conceptualizing and executing work alongside your team, not just managing from above
