About the role
- As an early key hire in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality energy assessments and ensuring quality energy modeling for our HOMES and HEEHR programs.
- These programs will provide comprehensive in-home energy audits with a focus on income-based program participants and collaboration with contractor networks.
- Your oversight will extend to residential weatherization, HVAC, and water heating installation inspections, as you review QA/QC findings to ensure program integrity.

- Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're constantly expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions to guide utilities through increasingly complex, connected challenges.
Requirements
- You are a key role in serving as the liaison between the Energy Auditor field team and the software platform used for energy modeling.
- The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in energy auditing, energy modeling/data analysis and project management.
- If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.
Compensation
- The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $70,000-$80,000.
- In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
- The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
- Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
