About the role
- This role requires a highly skilled electrician capable of independently performing electrical installations, troubleshooting complex systems, and providing leadership and guidance to junior team members in the field.
- This position is based in Southern California and requires travel to customer sites throughout the region.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience.
- Strong working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local electrical codes.
- Demonstrated proficiency using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
- Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen, physical, background check, and DOJ Livescan fingerprint screening.
Nice to have
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Low-voltage, controls, or technology infrastructure experience is a plus.

Compensation
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Install conduit, wiring, panels, lighting systems, controls, and related electrical equipment.
- Inspect electrical components, including transformers, circuit breakers, and distribution equipment.
- Perform electrical testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting using appropriate test equipment.
- Ensure all installations comply with National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and project requirements.

- Compensation Range: $38.00 - $45.00/hr. (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision
