Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized documentation using Google Drive, spreadsheets, and Airtable
  • Track campaign timelines to confirm launches occur as planned, proactively flagging risks or delays and helping implement solutions.
  • Research new advertising vendors and partners aligned with target audiences, campaign objectives, and brand strategy.
  • Provide general administrative and project coordination assistance to ensure smooth execution of advertising initiatives and marketing support.

Requirements

  • HOW YOU CAN FIT (Qualifications)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, particularly Google Sheets and Drive.
  • The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive in problem-solving, and eager to contribute ideas that improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.
  • Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative working style.

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: 52,000.00
