About the role
- You'll be the trusted HR resource for our manufacturing team, supporting everything from compliance to culture.
- Conduct exit interviews, process separations, and identify trends to inform retention strategies
- Make sure the facility stays compliant with federal, state, and local employment law, including OSHA recordkeeping and workplace safety standards
Responsibilities
- Working closely with frontline leaders, you'll build relationships across the floor and make sure our facility operates with both excellence and fairness.
- Manage employee relations, including complaints, investigations, and corrective discipline with fair, consistent, legally compliant outcomes
- Partner with managers on 90-day reviews, performance management coaching, and documentation
- Are organized with careful attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities at once
- We're building something big, and we want good people along for the ride.
Requirements
- Facilitate required training (harassment prevention, forklift certification) and serve as a bilingual point of contact on the floor
Nice to have
- Have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus, but not required)
Compensation
- $75,000 - $90,000 base, plus annual bonus
