Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production and shipment schedules while prioritizing customer orders to maximize production efficiency.
- Improve production throughput and support initiatives to increase on-time delivery (OTD) performance.
- Collaborate daily with internal stakeholders to resolve production issues and improve manufacturing efficiencies.
- Prepare and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs).
- Perform contract reviews for all new and revised sales order packages and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Review material availability to support production schedules and communicate shortages to Supply Chain as needed.
- Partner with the Sales team to establish lead times for RFQs, AOG requests, expedited orders, push-outs, and other customer scheduling requirements.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
- Technical Proficiency - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Production Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Sales preferred.
- Minimum of four (4) years of Contract Review experience preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace environment preferred.
- Experience using ERP systems, Power BI, and QuickBooks preferred.
- Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD preferred.
