The CRB Project Director (PD) is a role that while directly reporting to the Director of Construction Leader.
This position is responsible for supporting business operations, negotiating contracts, working with estimating, bidding, profit/loss of assigned projects, and supervision of project staff.

Design/Pre-con Leadership
Build a healthy, high-performing team (CRB, Sub-consultants, Owner, and Trade Partners)
Includes internal team, external partners, and client.
Manage end-to-end delivery of projects. (Chartering, Safety, Design, Pre-Construction, Permitting, Construction, Document Control, Procurement, C&Q, Automation, Consulting), and through the warranty period
Ensure the CRB Team understands and maintains Standard of Care throughout the project.
Provide input to build strategies, logistics, and sequencing.
Lead the CRB team and the owner through Business Case Alignment and Chartering Phases
Lead PEP Development
Partners with preconstruction group to plan the project for success (e.g., constructability, procurement, logistics planning, scope reviews, budgeting and costing).

Ensure all required management tools, systems, and best practices are set up and utilized.
Coordinate with A/E to ensure proper flow of required packages.
