Responsibilities
- 🔨 Perform basic repairs: plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, carpentry, replacing light fixtures, etc.
- 📋 Manage building maintenance requests and prioritize interventions based on urgency and operational impact.
- 🪚 Perform manual repair or improvement tasks (reinstalling shelves, furniture adjustments, minor upkeep).
- ✨ Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- 🤝 Collaborate with the building maintenance team when needed.
- 🗂️ Manage your schedule autonomously and prioritize tasks according to needs.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience (maintenance, etc.)
- A valid driver's licence is required to obtain and retain the position
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Experience in painting or general maintenance (an asset).
- 🚜 Operate mobile equipment as required: aerial lift, forklift.
