Requirements
- Req 6 - 12 months Customer Service experience in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment OR
- Req Ability to read and write Basic English.
- Attends required Orientation and Training Seminars
- 12 months Customer Service experience in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment OR
Nice to have
- Pref High school or equivalent
- Required Licenses/Certifications:
- Req Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date. (Required within LA City only).
- The hourly rate range for this position is $21.00 - $28.92.
