About the role
- This role reports into our Test Operations team.
- You will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D, Test Development and Test Execution.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective fixtures and workstations to optimize workflow, increase quality and improve operations
- Develop and manage processes around Bill of Materials (BOM), inventory management, quality control, non-confirming material, and material returns to streamline operations
- Develop, support, and manage assembly work instructions ensuring they are clear, concise, and up-to-date.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (preferably Solidworks)
Nice to have
- Experience working with electrochemical devices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related major preferred
