Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects that require cross-organizational alignment and collaboration;
- Drive collaboration across your organization to meet strategic business objectives;
- Plan and deliver cross-organizational strategies;
- Lead others through change and ambiguity;
Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant experience in software engineering;
- Track record as a leader in the areas of their domain, driving large-scale operational changes across an organization;
- Track record of staff-level+ contributions on multiple projects;
- Track record of coordinating implementation of high impact projects across many teams, delivering projects with reliable deadlines and milestones over multiple quarters;
- Demonstrated ability to assist other teams with diagnosing or root-causing their incidents.
