Requirements
- Responsible for ensuring proper usage of Technology Tools to capture required data and resolving technical support issues reported by the field teams.
- Monitor and ensure proper usage of the Technology tools to accurately capture the required field data.
Skills
- Accountable to ensure all technology assets are fully functional and each OSC jobsite is equipped with the necessary digital tools.
- Responsible for verifying the precision of Monument placements to ensure alignment with project specifications and technology requirements
- Responsible for coordinating with JPI Trades to plan and execute the use of Technology tools (e.g., Dusty) before framing starts
- Act as a representative and advocate of JPI's culture and guiding principles
- 5 days (Monday-Friday) Physical Co-location and OSC Jobsites as-needed
- Daily Collaboration
- Thorough knowledge of daily on-site activities in conjunction with the Technology Tools
- Management of all Technology Tools across the OSC projects
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years' experience in a business or professional setting (inclusive of non-profit or government roles)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

- We are seeking a Digital Specialist to implement technology tools utilized by our Field Teams.
- The Digital Specialist will report directly to the Digital Lead.
- Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Track, manage, and resolve technical issues submitted by field teams through support tickets in a timely and thorough manner.
- Responsible for all the Technology items related to the Reality Capture Program including but not limited to Drone Deploy, Openspace, and Argyle.
