A structured path to learn seasonal HR cycles such as recruitment, open enrollment, and merit review processes.

Serve as our primary representative at roughly 8 university career fairs and external expos annually to drive recruitment.

Execute HR Fundamentals: Manage seasonal HR cycles including benefits open enrollment, merit reviews, and payroll approval.
Vendor Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and benefit brokers, gradually taking ownership of renewal processes.
