About the role

Responsibilities
- [solidcore] is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization.
- This role serves as a critical support function within our talent acquisition process, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or administrative support roles
- Previous experience in coordinating virtual and in-person recruiting events
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and the [solidcore] brand.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $51,500-$60,000 per year based on experience
