About the role
- Communicate issues clearly and provide recommendations for corrective action.
- Troubleshooting and Repair Diagnose complex electrical and electronic system malfunctions, communication faults, and hardware failures.
Requirements
- Technical Leadership Apply advanced knowledge of automotive electronics, circuit analysis, power electronics, vehicle communication networks, and digital systems.
- Five or more years of experience in automotive electrical/electronic integration, vehicle development, testing, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience installing, integrating, testing, and troubleshooting complex vehicle electronic systems.
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, electronic components, wiring, grounding, power distribution, and communication networks.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment, such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, data acquisition systems, and vehicle network diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Candidates for positions with Ford Motor Company must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
