Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading analytics or data science teams within a SaaS, subscription-based, or technology-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics, including ARR growth, retention metrics, customer acquisition efficiency, lifetime value, and product engagement.
- Ability to operate strategically while maintaining enough technical depth to engage with complex analytical challenges.
- Familiarity with modern data ecosystems, including SQL, Python, dbt, cloud data warehouses, and business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to influence executive decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
- The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment of transformation, collaboration, and innovation while helping shape long-term business growth.

Compensation
- Zone 1 (New York, California, Washington): $220,000 - $302,500.
- Zone 2 (All other United States locations): $200,000 - $275,000.
