About the role
- Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Additionally, this role includes performing certification training for other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance procedures.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior technicians.
- Lead team development through task delegation and skill-building initiatives.
- Deliver certification and training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements
- 4+ years of related work experience.
- Proven experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CMRT, Electrical Maintenance Certification) required.
- Ability to read/interpret technical manuals/blueprints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
