About the role
- Employee Engagement & Organizational Culture
- Present recommendations and action plans to leadership.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement organization-wide employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and administer employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
- Lead employee recognition, onboarding, and retention programs.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of performance management systems.
- Support managers in maintaining effective documentation and accountability processes.
- Collaborate with training and professional development teams to strengthen supervisory skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in employee engagement, organizational development, human resources, workforce development, culture management, or a related area.
- Experience analyzing workforce data and presenting recommendations to leadership.
- Occasional additional hours may be required during engagement events and organizational initiatives.
- Travel may be required for organizational events and training when applicable.
