Providing management support in response to process deviations as reflected in KPI reports and process trends.
Maintaining connection with operations teams and management stakeholders to support effective decision-making.
Facilitating secure access to plant storerooms as needed to support off-shift maintenance activities.
Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including effective performance in high-stress emergency and crisis situations.
A customer-focused mindset and are proactive, responsive, and empathetic in support of a superior customer experience.
The ability to lead through influence and coach others to achieve desired outcomes.
Skill in building consensus and fostering positive working relationships.

Experience solving problems through creative, innovative solutions and are comfortable challenging traditional methods of accomplishing tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate at all organizational levels and across functional lines.

Knowledge of Corn Wet Milling Manufacturing operations, processes and customer base, preferred.
Ability to learn and apply Ingredion's GMP, Quality and Safety standards.
Willingness to work a demanding shift rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience with ERP software, such as SAP
specific knowledge of CMMS application preferred.

$84,400.00-$112,533.33 Annual
This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Coordinate transport of any injured employees requiring outside medical treatment and act as liaison between emergency medical personnel and the Company.
Providing primary response for blood borne pathogen program including clean-up and notification of Area Management and Plant Medical.
