About the role
- Location The primary location for this position is remote, however will need to be located in the Western United States.
- Travel Travel is expected to be 50-60% of the time.

Requirements
- Proven experience consulting on driving sales growth, development and productivity within a field-based, firm, or financial services environment
- Sound business judgment and the ability to navigate escalations, exception requests, and ambiguous challenges, balancing business impact and risk to both the Firm and Guardian
- Familiarity with field compensation structures and incentive models
